Totally Different CrystalDream.co.uk is an online crystal shop.
However the main object of this website is for you to follow clues throughout the Internet. Hopefully these clues and links will aid you in discovering your true self and help you become who you really are!
During 2010 - 2012 we will be bringing you the latest clues and links for you to follow. Whether you follow them is completely up to you. The clues are given freely with warmth and love.
If you would like to purchase a crystal, thats fine, but there is no obligation what-so ever. Many of our cystals will help focus and direct positive energy, (althougth we have no scientific proof of this).

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping baskett. After you have finished your selection, click on "Basket" or "Checkout" link and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept payments by Credit Card though PAYPAL or NOCHEX
There is now no need to have an account with these secure sites before you can pay online.
We also except payment by Google Email Invoice.
Or by personal cheque sent to our address below. As you will appreciate payment must be recieved and cleared before item is dispatched. |

FREE Delivery to Mainland* : England, Wales and Scotland, (for total orders under 20 kgs)
UK Mainland* does NOT include the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland etc.,
If an order is placed which is over our weight limits :
We will contact you with the option to cancel your order, or to pay the extra delivery cost via Paypal or Google Email Invoice.
If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you before proceeding. We reserve the right to cancel any order which is not within the United Kingdom, or over our wieght limits. Any payments made will be refunded within 24-48 hours.

Delivery Schedule We normally dispatch in-stock orders to UK Mainland addressess next working day (Mon-Fri).
For items marked In-stock : delivery is usually within 3/5 working days by Royal Mail.
Out of stock orders take a little longer, please allow 7-14 business days.
UK Off Shore orders for in-stock items are generally received in 7-28 days.

Returns Policy Returns are only accepted within 7 working days of reciept, if in re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. Postage at your expense. Opened packages of slimming tablets, capsules, patches, gel, etc are non-returnable.
When items are returned for any reason, in a resaleable condition, within 24-48 hours we will refund your payment, less postage or a handling free of £3 (whichever is greater).
Alternatively if asked we will arrange the collection, all documents and a convenient time for collection. There is a cost for this, its £18 per parcel. Your statutory rights are not affected in any way.
